One or two quotes about passion, motivation, and wisdom
from the professionals in the media segment you watched during Week 2 of the
course
“Most of passion comes from Intrinsict motivation” (Raymond
Hernandez MS.Ed)
“I always wanted to be a teacher” (Louise Derman-Sparks)
Ashley, great quotes! I especially enjoy the ones you posted about Lilian Katz- Excitement and leaning come hand in hand but we can't confuse them!

Hi Ashley, Mr. Hernandez quote is very passionate and motivating. It is very important when a childcare professional can make a difference in a child's life as well as the family.
ReplyDeleteAshley, I found both of the quotes by Lyndon B Johnson very interesting. I wish were farther in our efforts to invest more money and time into our future. I also truly like the quote by Lillian Katz regarding how we should be raising and educating our children throughout their childhood. Thank you for sharing these words of wisdom!
ReplyDelete“We are doing earlier and earlier to children what we shouldn’t do later.”
ReplyDeleteI 100% whole-heartedly believe this quote!!!! Why can't we let children be children and stop placing these crazy expectations on them?
