Birthing experience

My birthing experience was an amazing experience. In the beginning, I suffered with a low lined placenta and was placed on bed rest when I was close to my six month mark. I enjoyed feeling my baby move, hearing his heart beat, and watching my belly grow. At 38 weeks, I went to the doctor to have a weekly visit. When they checked my weight, I had gained 20 pounds in a week due to fluid in my feet. When the doctor checked my blood pressure, my pressure was so high that they had to admit me to the hospital. My labor was induced and at 10:48 I gave birth to a 7lb 8 oz baby boy name Elijah on June 20, 2011. Giving birth is an awesome experience and I would gladly do it again.
